Hoops Heaven's Basketball Hustle - Season 2, Episode 9

We are back for another episode of Hoops Heaven's Basketball Hustle smack bang in the middle of the NBL Cup and The Scoring Machine breaks it all down while we have The Damo Award thanks to Boomering as usual and the TABtouch Preview with Matty Knight.

With so much NBL action happening on the court in Melbourne at the NBL Cup, there's plenty for us to breakdown on Hoops Heaven's Basketball Hustle and the legendary Scoring Machine Shawn Redhage runs his rule over how things are shaping up.

He takes a look at the struggles of the Adelaide 36ers, sees some hope in the Cairns Taipans, still rates the Illawarra Hawks, is impressed by Bryce Cotton and John Mooney at the Perth Wildcats, likes Melbourne United and was buoyed by the New Zealand Breakers revival.

He also provides his thoughts on what Ryan Broekhoff and Brandon Paul will provide to their respective teams before providing his votes for Round 7 in the Hoops Heaven Player of the Year Award.

It's then time for The Damo Award as we present the Boomering Best Defensive Player with Damian Martin. He provides his votes for Round 7 while also discussing what he's enjoying seeing right now and looking ahead to finding out if Justin Simon can put the clamps on Bryce Cotton.

We then move into the TABtouch Preview with Matty Knight as the triple NBL champion talks about what he is seeing at the NBL Cup and then provides his insights and selections for the way the rest of Round 8 in #NBL21 is going to play out.

The Scoring Machine is then back with his thoughts on the weekend's action, the court decals situation and then looks forward to the resumption of the regular NBL season in two weeks in front of big crowds.
