Firstly, the co-hosts discuss all the latest news in #NBL20 including the Sydney Kings signing Deshon Taylor, the season-ending injury to Illawarra Hawks star Aaron Brooks and the Perth Wildcats addition of assistant coach Scott Roth.

Then there is a full rundown looking back on all the Round 4 NBL action with all the insight that can only become from one of the all-time greats of the league and the Perth Wildcats, Shawn Redhage.

Then there are the guests. First up is Perth Wildcats championship-winning point guard Mitch Norton ahead of his 200th game. He talks about how excited he is to reach such a milestone, reflects on the start to his career in Townsville and time in Wollongong, coming to Perth and being part of a championship, where he feels he can still get better this season and also provides an update on his beard.
