NBL writer Chris Pike and Perth Wildcats legend Shawn Redhage team up for another episode looking at all the big talking points in #NBL20 including the remarkable triple-double from future NBA superstar and discuss why he's shaping as the No. 1 NBA Draft pick and has leaped ahead of RJ Hampton, along with looking at the prospects of Didi Louzada and Kouat Noi.
It's then time to discuss the Sydney Kings signing of Xavier Cooks to already add to a team that is sitting 10-1 and what that means for the rest of the NBL season and the other teams trying to compete.
The featured interview for this week is with Basketball Australia Hall of Famer and NBL legend Lanard Copeland. As a 532-game NBL veteran who won two championships and was a genuine superstar at the Melbourne Tigers, it's an honour to chat with him about Thanksgiving, his football passions, what he's up to now following three seasons as assistant coach at the Sydney Kings, reflecting on his playing days and talking about his golf game and coaching ambitions.

There's no let up on Hoops Heaven's Basketball Hustle as this week we tackle all the big talking points in the NBL and Australian Basketball while also providing special interviews with Corey 'Homicide' Williams and Matty Knight along with Shawn's famous Fourth Quarter segment.
NBL writer Chris Pike and Perth Wildcats legend Shawn Redhage team up again to firstly discuss the two hottest topics of the week - Andrej Lemanis being replaced by Brett Brown as coach of the Australian Boomers and then all of the drama surrounding the New Zealand Breakers before dissecting the action in Round 7 in #NBL20.
Shawn then catches up with an old foe of his from the court and someone's he's enjoyed sharing the commentary booth with, Corey 'Homicide' Williams as they do some reminiscing but also chat about what they are seeing in the NBL of today.
Chris also catches up with triple NBL championship winner Matty Knight to reflect on his outstanding NBL career and to also discuss what he's up to now, the challenges post-basketball provided and how he's now come out the other side to be the happiest he has been in a long time.
It's then time for Shawn's famous Fourth Quarter segment where he proposes the NBL returns to 48 minutes before a full preview of Round 8 in the NBL.

Things continue to heat up on Hoops Heaven's Basketball Hustle and Episode 7 features two very special guests, on-fire Sydney Kings guard Shaun Bruce along with former King and Illawarra Hawks forward Cody Ellis along with Shawn Redhage's Fourth Quarter segment.
Co-hosts Chris Pike and Shawn Redhage look back on all the NBL action from Round 6 including Melbourne United winning four straight games, the Sydney Kings continuing to impress and then all the drama surrounding the New Zealand Breakers.
The Next Stars are then a focus headlined by LaMelo Ball and Didi Louzada's game-winning performances, RJ Hampton's ejection and the potential of James Wiseman entering the NBL.
It's then interview time starting with Sydney Kings guard Shaun Bruce who has a fascinating story to share having gone from out of the league last season to now being in career-best form with the ladder leaders.
Then there's a chat with Cody Ellis. Who grew up the son of a Perth Wildcats legend, forged his own college career and played strong basketball over 127 games with the Sydney Kings and Illawarra Hawks but then finding himself out of the league. But with a wife and young son, he's happy with life at present in Perth despite still having plenty to offer the NBL.
Shawn Redhage then offers the Fourth Quarter segment where he provides the four biggest surprises so far in #NBL20.

The episode begins with co-hosts Chris Pike and Shawn Redhage breaking down all the latest news from #NBL20 including the ejection of Sydney Kings coach Will Weaver, Shawn's thoughts on the current unsportsmanlike interpretation, the arrival of Glen Rice Jr at the New Zealand Breakers and what the Illawarra Hawks need to do and the future of LaMelo Ball. There's then a full rundown of all the Round results.
Up next is the Interview of the Week with 419-game NBL veteran, two-time championship winner and London Olympian Adam Gibson of the South East Melbourne Phoenix. He discusses everything from being back in Melbourne and how unexpected his departure from the Brisbane Bullets was, how well the Phoenix are now run, how far Mitch Creek has come, the challenges of living away from his wife and his post-basketball thoughts.
